NVRE University provides both real estate classes and home inspector classes. For real estate classes, we offer asynchronous and live online sessions. For home inspection classes, we only provide classroom classes per state requirements.

The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the practice of home inspection. The states of Virginia and Maryland require students to take in-classroom education to obtain your home inspector license

Real Estate Agent Licensing

NVRE University provides 60 hours of classroom education that meets the state requirements to apply for a real estate agent license in Virginia. 

 Virginia Administrative Code Title 18 addresses the licensing regulations and requirements. Real estate licensing requirements are presented in section 54.1-2105 of the Code of Virginia. The general administrative and educational requirements for real estate salesperson licensing in Virginia are summarized in the Resources section.

Becoming a home inspector can be a rewarding career. NVRE University makes it easy to get a license in both the states of Virginia and Maryland.

NVRE University provides 72 hours of classroom education that meets the state requirements to apply for a home inspector license in Virginia and Maryland. In addition NVRE university offers an extensive 2 days preparation course for the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE). 

Virginia Code Title 18 addresses the licensing regulations and requirements. Home Inspector licensing requirements are presented in section 18VAC15-40-32   of Virginia Code. The general administrative and educational requirements for home inspector licensing in Virginia are summarized in the Resources section.
