Home Inspector Training

At NVRE University, we offer in-classroom education for both Virginia and Maryland Students.

The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the practice of home inspection. You will find straightforward descriptions of property structure, grounds,  and systems. Students will learn the functionality of every part of the building as well as the functionality of the different systems.

Upon graduation, the students will be able to identify the different failures and defects at the property and they will be able to provide the client with the proper recommendations for repair and/or maintenance.  Fundamentals of Home Inspection is a great introductory course that offers everything you’ll need to meet the state requirements to become a licensed home inspector.
