Requirements for real estate licensing

• The applicant must be at least 18 years old
• The applicant must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
• The applicant must be in good standing in every jurisdiction if and where licensed
• The applicant must have a good reputation and competence
• The applicant must NOT found guilty of Fair Housing violation anywhere
• The applicant must Meet educational requirements
• The applicant must PASS the PSI exam within the last 12 months
• The applicant must NOT be convicted in any jurisdiction for a misdemeanor involving:

Moral turpitude

Sexual offense

Drug distribution

Physical injury

Any Felony

PS: Plea of Nolo Contendere [not contest] is considered a conviction
