These online classes are designed to meet the Maryland Department of Labor (MD), Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations (VA), and  Washington DC Real Estate Commission (DC) requirements for pre-licensing education, upon completion of the class, the student will receive a certificate of completion and his/her completion will be reported to the state and PSI which makes the student eligible to schedule and take the PSI Exam.
